Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for hotel lock solutions.
Meet architects, hotel owners, builders, and facility managers to promote products.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at client locations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable locking solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
Stay updated on product features, technology trends, and competitor offerings.
Candidate Profile / Requirement
Proven experience in selling hotel locks or electronic locking solutions.
Strong technical understanding of hotel lock systems and related products.
Experience in field sales with the ability to handle customer meetings independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated with strong closing and relationship-management skills.
