Key Responsibilities:

Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / Graduate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle customers patiently.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems).
Customer service orientation with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
